Start by washing and cutting up about 1 cup of raw spinach leaves
Juice the spinach and add one sweet potato
Toss in a medium sized apple and enjoy!
This is a juice recipe that packs in a whole lot of iron, calcium, and will nourish and energize your body.
That means that this recipe is an excellent way to start out the day or for an afternoon boost if you are feeling a little sluggish. Spinach has the added benefit of helping to regulate your blood sugar so it is awesome for preventing blood sugar spikes.
